The Manager of HRS manages the departmental budget and works closely with the Superintendent of HR on process improvement initiatives that impact the school board. Reporting to the Superintendent of Human Resources, the Manager of Human Resource Services is responsible for recruitment, onboarding and training requirements of new staff, pay equity, job evaluation, and process improvement initiatives. Aggregate data will be stored anonymously to support improvements to the Board’s hiring processes.
